Welcome to the Center for Optical Quantum Technologies
The Center for Optical Quantum Technologies (ZOQ) is a new research center at the University of Hamburg. Its purpose is to strengthen the area of photon science in Hamburg with the special focus of attracting high ranking guest researchers.
The new building has been finished in April 2011 and houses eight state-of-the-art research laboratories and ample office space for experimental and theoretical physicists.
